We are located in the heart of downtown Champaign, in the immediate vicinity of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
Our specialties include fried and rotisserie-style chicken with our Nashville Hot Chicken and Fried Chicken & Waffles taking center stage on most nights. Our delicious chicken is supplemented with seasonal sides and chef-driven appetizers and specials.
In addition, we offer a wide selection of craft beers, local beers, and micro spirits along with a selection of our house-made cocktails. A trip into the shack would not be complete without tasting one of our delicious slushies which we have become famous for in the Champaign-Urbana area. We pride ourselves on creating the most unique “Adult Slushies” and have ignited a trend among restaurants downtown.
